Addendum #9

The purpose of this Addendum #9 to the Nassau County RFP for banking services is to update the anticipated average total balance from all accounts to $18,000,000-$22,000,000. Please indicate your bank’s proposed ECR and interest rate/terms on a fully-collateralized NOW account.

Please note that this addendum would not have impacted any selection decisions made to date regarding proposals submitted to the Clerk’s Office on March 15, 2010.
