Restricted Access Signup Process

Attorney:

  1. Download and complete the Subscriber Agreement Form. Please include your Florida Bar Number with the agreement. This is required by our case management system and we must have this to tie your COCOA access to that system.
  2. Send a Notarized Copy of the agreement to 76347 Veteran's Way, Yulee FL 32097, Attention IT Department.
  3. You can email or Fax a copy of the agreement to our office to expedite the process but we must still receive the hard copy of the agreement by mail. Our fax number is 904-548-4842 and our email address is IT@nassauclerk.com.
  4. Once we have received your agreement an account will be created and you will receive your login and a temporary password via the email you have provided in your agreement.
  5. Click the website link provided in the email and agree to the disclaimer provided and put in your username and password to begin accessing COCOA.
