Passports can be obtained from the Recording Department at the Judicial Complex or from the Historic Courthouse between the hours of 8:30 and 4:30.

Appearance

All applicants must appear before an Acceptance Agent in person. Children 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by both parents. Children 16 and older may be required to submit a written consent of his or her parents or legal guardians. However, a parent's personal check for the passport fee may be considered as parental consent when a child under 18 has his or her own driver's license.

Requirements at time:

2 identical 2x2 Photos
A valid driver's license or State issued ID card OR a Military ID

A valid driver's license, a state issued ID card, or a military ID are acceptable forms of identification.

Proof of U.S Citizenship

Certified copy of Birth Certificate. The certificate must have a state embossed seal. Hospital certificates and birth registrations are unacceptable.

Fees

Passport Book
Under Age 15: $25 processing fee + $60 passport fee
Over Age 16: $25 processing fee + $75 passport fee
Expediting: Additional $60 fee + appropriate postage

Passport Card
Under Age 15: $25 processing fee + $10 passport fee
Over Age 16: $25 processing fee + $20 passport fee
Expediting is not available on passport cards at this time
