Florida Retirement System

Our employees have a choice of a traditional pension plan or an investment plan. 100% of the contributions are made by the Clerk of Courts.

Employee Assistance Program

The Clerk provides this benefit at no cost to the employee. EAP Services provide you and each of your eligible household members with access to professional asssistance for the challenges of everyday living.
Sick
Employee Accrues 12 sick days per year.
Medical Insurance
The employee has a choice between three Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
Dental Insurance
The employee has a choice between two Compbenefits plans.
Vision Insurance
