| CANCELLATION OF FORECLOSURE SALES Effective immediately, all plaintiff requests to cancel and/or reschedule a foreclosure sale must be submitted to the Clerk’s office with approved Form 1.996(b) Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale seven (7) days prior to the sale date. Faxed or e-mailed cancellation requests will not be honored. Please see Administrative Order 2011-2 for formats of motions and orders. Please include with your motion and proposed order the $50 reopen fee (pursuant to F.S. 28.241). Please also submit the appropriate number of stamped, addressed envelopes so the order, if issued, may be sent to all parties/counsel of record. If the sale is to be rescheduled, please also include the Notice of Sale. |
