COURTS - CRIMINAL - FELONY

The Circuit Court Customer Service Department handles criminal Court cases considered as Felonies by State Law. These cases include capital murder, non-capital murder, sexual offenses, minimum mandatory offenses, robbery or other crimes against persons, burglary, theft/forgery/fraud, worthless checks, other crimes against property, drugs and other serious crimes.

Felony Court is held on Thursdays starting at 9:00 AM before the Honorable Judge Robert M. Foster. Court sessions are open to the public unless specifically closed by the Judge. Information concerning scheduled hearings can be obtained from the Clerk's Felony Department at Telephone No. (904) 548-4613.

 

Sealing and Expungement of Cases

The packet containing instructions and forms needed to file a petition to seal or expunge can be obtained from the Criminal Customer Service Department at the Nassau County Judicial Complex.

There will be a filing fee of $75.00 to the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement ( F.D.L.E ).
