| If you were charged with a Driver's License, Tag or Registration violation, the fee is $86.25 with proof of compliance. If charged with an Insurance violation, the fee is $65.90 with proof of compliance. Presenting proof (photocopy) dated prior to the citation date, there will be a $10.00 dismissal fee. If you choose to attend the driver improvement school, read the affidavit that is attached. If ELIGIBLE, sign in front of a notary public or deputy clerk. Enclose the white copy of the affidavit, citations and election fee. | |||||
