Name Search Instructions
Search results are limited to 500 records for performance reasons. The results are returned in descending date order (most recent listed first). If you perform a search and the results end prior to when you expect, expand the name entered (ie.. instead of last name only, use the last name and all or some of at least the first name) to narrow the search criteria.

Name Instructions

  • The search is case insensitive, that means the search does not care if the name is entered as "Smith", "SMITH", or "smith" (without the quotes).

  • If only the last name is known, enter it and click on the "Name Search" button.

  • If the first and last name is known, enter the last name, a space, and the first name or initial. i.e. "Smith John" or "Smith J" (without the quotes), NO comma, then click the "Name Search" button.

  • If it is necessary to search for more than last name, first name or initial, enter as above and add the additional name/s separated with a space only, i.e. "Smith John James" (without the quotes), then click the "Name Search" button.
