ATTENTION!! Nassau County Clerk of Courts
Effective April 15, 2010 the Nassau County Clerk of Courts Exceptions include: Governmental Agencies, Title Companies and This office WILL accept a check written by the person whose name appears on the check with appropriate identification. A copy of the state issued Driver License/Identification Card will be made at the time the check is presented. All checks must be drawn on any bank or similar financial institution in the United States pursuant to Florida Statute 28.243.
